TSS would like to congratulate the following players from our program this year who have been chosen to represent British Columbia in their specific age groups:

Emma-Jane Partridge- U13 Girls
Sara Moignard- U13 Girls
Kelsey Smith- U13 Girls
Kristina Pearkes- U15 Girls
Karn Phagura- U13 Boys

“It is an honour to be chosen to represent your Province. These players should be very proud of themselves” says TSS Director Colin Elmes.” Along with these current players, TSS has had a role in supporting close to 1/3 of all the players selected to these teams for the 2009 program.

TSS is proud to have helped train a variety of players who now find themselves on the BC Provincial teams. Of the 144 boys and girls selected to provincial teams this year, over 32 percent have trained at TSS. On the girl's side, in particular, the numbers are significant. 32 of the 72 girls selected to provincial teams this year have trained at TSS, representing 42%.

Throughout the year, the British Columbia Soccer Association’s coaches are responsible for scouting, evaluating, training and ultimately selecting the BC Provincial teams for the Under 13 to Under 16 age groups.
